Tim Cook is one of the world's most successful individuals, and he swears by his early morning ritual. The billion-dollar company's CEO, Tim Cook, has often stated in interviews that he begins his day immediately before 4 am. He explained the rationale for this practice in a fresh conversation.

Recently, Cook told the Australian Financial Review that the early hours of the morning are devoid of distractions. Thus, the early morning is one phase that he has more influence over than the others. He went on to say that as the day progresses and becomes more hectic with work, there are occurrences that "blow you off track." He said: "The morning is yours. Or should I say, the early morning is yours."

Cook has acknowledged waking up in the early hours of the morning. In a January 2019 interview with a leading daily, Apple CEO Tim Cook stated that he generally gets up before 4 am every day. He begins his day by reviewing emails from Apple users.

The CEO also expounded on this practice in a recent interview. According to reports, Cook stated in the interview that he reads hundreds of client emails first thing in the morning.  He said that he could not read them all, but the emails put him in touch with his clients and their expectations. 

Cook's regimen has remained consistent over the years. In the previous interviews, he said he loves to spend the early morning hours looking through user comments and other feedback forms to focus on "the external people who are so essential to him".

In an interview from previous years, Cook has stated that this hour of checking over Apple consumer feedback is followed by an hour of exercising. It's no surprise that the CEO of the world's largest technological company needs to be fit but Cook's new explanation, on the other hand, makes more sense of his early foray into everyday life.

Apple and Cook are preparing for the next major event, which will take place in September. Apple is anticipated to release four new iPhones and the Apple Watch and a handful of iPad models. Although no specific date has been set, the 2021 iPhones are likely to be introduced in the second week of September.
