Here's how Balika Vadhu star Avika Gor looks after 13kgs weight loss, shares transformation journey

TV actress Avika Gor who got her fame from playing Anandi in Balika Vadhu, went through a massive physical transformation by losing 13 kgs, as she didn't like the way she had become.

Being in the limelight, it should be your responsibility to maintain your look and fitness. Avika was happy professionally, but she didn't have her mental peace.

She took her Instagram profile to write how she felt when she became so fluffy with flabby arms and big belly. She even mentioned that she likes to dance, but didn't like the way she was looking while dancing, which made her cut off all her ties.

"I still remember one night last year, when I looked at myself in the mirror, and I broke down. I didn't like what I saw, big arms, legs, a well-earned belly. I had let go too much. If it were due to an illness(Thyroid, PCOD, etc.), it would be okay because that would be out of my control. But, it happened because I ate anything & everything, and I didn't work out at all. Our bodies deserve to be treated well, but I didn't respect it."

There are a lot of girls who feel insecure about their health and how do they look. But, according to her, you need to respect your body, and in return, your body will look great, giving you full confidence.

One must eat healthily, focus on the positive thoughts instead of the negative, and do what that person like the most. And, most importantly be comfortable with your skin.
