Former Indian skipper MS Dhoni announced his retirement from international cricket last year, leaving his fans heart-broken. Although he represents Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the Indian Premier League (IPL), it is not as regular.

As for Dhoni's post-retirement ventures, he is keeping himself engaged with some business activities. However, of late, Dhoni has shown tremendous interest in the agriculture sector.

According to multiple reports, Dhoni is currently producing vegetable on a 10-acre area at his huge 43-acre farmhouse in Ranchi. Furthermore, the reports also state that he would also export these vegetables to Dubai. Dhoni is producing vegetables like cabbage, tomatoes, strawberries, peas, etc. Meanwhile, the cabbage and tomatoes are on heavy demand in the market of his hometown.

The reports also suggest that Farm Fresh agency has struck a deal with Dhoni to sell these vegetables while also handling the same export business. It would also ensure that these are thoroughly distributed all across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The vegetable production at Dhoni's place happens to be an organic one and is currently at the final stage. Also, Jharkhand's Agriculture Department would take the responsibility to export these vegetables to the gulf.

As of now, these organic vegetables are being sold in the Ranchi market at cheaper rates. A kiosk has been set up at The Daily Market, which happens to be the city's most prominent vegetable market. As per reports, while the cabbage is being sold ₹10/kg, the tomatoes are being marketed at ₹30/kg. Dhoni is using the means of penetrating prices to get a hold in the market.

Earlier, it was also reported that Dhoni was looking to enter into poultry farming. He had reportedly ordered 2,000 black Kadaknath chickens for the same.
