The Malabar 2020 naval drills saw advance air operations with MiG 29Ks of the Indian Navy and F-18s of the US Navy along with the USN AEW aircraft E2C Hawkeye.
The operations also included air-to-air combat procedures and shepherded strike on simulated enemy surface forces.
