Abu Dhabi streets to be affected by massive road blocks until Sunday
- On Friday, the blockade will span over 153 kilometres and it will start from 1 pm and will continue till 5:15 pm.
- The first batch of roadblock has already hit the streets spanning 189 kms across the city of Abu Dhabi.

If you plan to commute in Abu Dhabi for the next three days, then you might as well change your plans. Abu Dhabi will face a massive partial road closure covering up to 500 km because of a major cycle tour which is taking place in UAE’ capital from Thursday.
The first batch of road block has already hit the streets spanning 189 km across the city of Abu Dhabi. The schedule for Abu Dhabi Tour 2017 is going to cause major convenience to the commuters of the city over the weekends as well.
On Friday, the blockade will span over 153 kilometres and it will start at 1 pm and will continue till 5:15 pm. So if you at all plan to go somewhere, then you better leave after the blockade is lifted across the city of Abu Dhabi.
The blockade is supposed to start from Reem Island, Al Khaleej Al Arabi St., Shakhbout City, Al Falah, Yas Island, Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Highway and end at the Saadiyat Island.
