Yuva Dasara forms an important part of the grand Dasara celebrations being held in Mysuru. The event begins on October 12 and celebrities including singers Vijay Prakash of Jai Ho fame, Badsah, Astha Gill, Arman Malik, Neha Kakkar, Shirley Sethia and the who's who of the Kannada film industry  will entertain thousands of people during the event.

Here are the details of celebrity events taking place in Yuva Dasara. Vijay Prakash will entertain people on October 12, Badshah on 13, musical night by Arman Malik on 14. Sandalwood actresses will perform on October 15, singer Naveen Sajju and team will entertain the audience on 16. Those in Mysuru can enjoy an evening with Rocking Star Yash's performance on October 17 and Neha Kakkar's programme will also be held on the same day.

Thus, Vijay Prakash and team have been offered Rs 60 lakh (excluding GST), Arman Malik will get Rs 35 lakh, Neha Kakkar too will get Rs 35 lakh. Badshah has agreed to come for Rs 30 lakh. But Kannada celebrities Shridhar Jain and his team and singer Naveen Sajju and team will get Rs 1.5 lakh each. All this excluding GST.

Yuva Dasara is being conducted for 15 years and has been a large platform for artistes from all over the country to get together and charm the young audience. It is not only about celebrities, but even students and folk artistes.

Accordingly, this year's Yuva Dasara will feature 25 teams of students. They will perform from 6 PM to 7 PM everyday till October 18.

Folk artistes from the state especially from Bengaluru, Mysuru, Mandya and surrounding areas will present dance forms, pop dance, Bharatanatyam and other art forms. These programmes will start at 7 PM and will go on till 8.30 PM.
