The media reports said that the duo had held an extensive discussion on the upcoming elections scheduled for next year. It also claimed that the poll strategist could be hired as an advisor of KCR.
 

The minister stated that 1 kg of gold was contributed to his family to the Yadadri hill temple, while 2 kg of gold was donated on behalf of his constituency and the TRS party.

Rajender, MLA from the Huzurabad assembly constituency, made the announcement at a media briefing on Friday.

At the end of the day, Telangana Rashtra Samiti may be standing on pole position after the counting of votes in the cash-rich Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation election, but in fact it is the Bharatiya Janata Party that is really celebrating.

Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mahmood Ali is confident of winning 100 seats and above in the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation elections.  Ali, however, admits that party lost the recent bye-elections in the state because of overconfidence and that the BJP's confidence is much higher after Dubbak by-elections win.

A political controversy has erupted in Telangana after police conducted raids on the houses of relatives of M Raghunandan Rao, who is the BJP candidate from Dubbak bypoll constituency.

 Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) workers attacked the convoy of BJP MP Dharmapuri Arvind in Warangal Urban district on Sunday.
 

Days ago, TRS leader S Madhav Reddy, T Madhav Reddy and his gang went to a disputed land and began to demolish the perimeter wall. When the resident security guard, Sharanappa intervened, they allegedly sexually assaulted his wife. 
 

TSRTC workers union has been on strike since October 5 demanding merger of the corporation with the Telangana government and revision of pay among other demands. Reacting to this, state BJP slammed the ruling government for not fulfilling people's need.

 The TRS won Huzurnagar Assembly by-election by 43,624 votes.  Shanampuri Saidi Reddy  bagged the seat with a record margin of 43,624 votes.
 

Earlier, BJP had termed Telangana chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao's visit to the Gulf as a new plot of the ruling TRS government to divert the attention of people from domestic issues. The chief minister's visit to the Gulf was aimed at appealing to the Telangana people to return to the state for jobs.
