Kerala gold smuggling case: Probe begins after women police officers take selfie with Swapna Suresh
As part of the preliminary action, six women police officers were given a warning regarding the incident.
Kochi: A probe has begun after women police officers took selfie with Thiruvananthapuram gold smuggling case accused Swapna Suresh. According to sources, as part of the preliminary action, six women police officers were given a warning.
Swapna Suresh has been hospitalised to Thrissur Medical College hospital due to chest pain. This is the second time Swapna has been admitted to the hospital in one week.

It is reported that the women officers clicked a selfie when Swapna was admitted for the first time. The officers explained that they took the selfie out of curiosity.
Earlier on September 7, she was hospitalised due to chest pain. It was also reported that there was a slight variation noticed in the ECG report of Swapna. And after six days of treatment at hospital, Swapna was discharged.
Meanwhile, NIA is collecting details of the people who visited Swapna while she was in hospital.
