The Bombay High Court reserved its order on the plea of activist Nikita Jacob, one of the editors of the toolkit document for tomorrow. No coercive action will be taken till then, Delhi Police said.

A single bench of Justice Vibha Kankanwadi passed the order.

Jacob has sought transit anticipatory bail for a period of 4 weeks and protection from any coercive action pending the present application.

Nikita Jacob, accused in a case registered by Delhi police in connection with the "toolkit" shared by climate activist Greta Thunberg over farmers' protest, had approached the Bombay High Court on Monday seeking transit anticipatory bail.

She admitted that there was a Zoom meeting before Republic Day, which was attended by Poetic Justice Foundation founder MO Dhaliwal, and other fellow activists including Disha Ravi.

In a document submitted by Jacob's lawyer to Mumbai police, she claimed that the "toolkit" was being prepared by Extinction Rebellion (XR) India volunteers for presenting the whole picture with a simple breakdown for an international audience.

In a related development, the Bombay High Court(Aurangabad bench) on Tuesday granted 10 days transit anticipatory bail to Shantanu Muluk, whose arrest was sought by Delhi Police in connection with the farmers' protest 'toolkit' case.
