After blasting off from a pad at the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida at 1:43 p.m. EDT (11:13 p.m. IST) on Sunday, the Astra rocket, known as Launch Vehicle 0010 (LV0010), suffered a second-stage failure.

According to a New York Times (NYT) story, Dr. Luis A. Diaz Jr of Memorial Sloan Kettering Malignancy Center stated that he was aware of no previous research in which a treatment entirely eradicated a cancer in every patient.

The key nations that have worked to establish the ILMT are India, Belgium, Canada, Poland, and Uzbekistan. The Advanced Mechanical and Optical Systems Corporation and the Centre Spatial de Liège in Belgium developed and built the telescope. The financing, expected to be in the region of Rs 30 to Rs 40 crore, was supplied jointly by Canada and Belgium. This telescope's operations and maintenance will be handled by India.

Although the black hole cannot be seen by itself as it is completely dark, glowing gas around it reveals a telltale signature -- a dark central region surrounded by a bright ring-like structure.
