Here's how a man sets his bench press record underwater(Watch)

A Russian sports instructor, Vitali Vivchar, sets Guinness record after bench pressing 50 kg, 76 times underwater. 

Russian man Vitaly Vivchar has set a Guinness World Record after completing 76 bench presses with a 50-kilogram barrel underwater. He holds his breath for more than 3-minutes throughout the attempt.

Vitaly said that it took him two months in order to prepare for the task. He also won several bench press contests. But, he was worried about the world record effort due to water condition and bad weather. Watch the video.
