A video of thousands of women in Gujarat flouting all covid norms and walking towards Baliyadev temple in religious belief of eradicating coronavirus has gone viral.

In the viral video, thousands of maskless women can be seen taking a religious procession to the temple with water pots on their heads and avoiding social distance.

As the video went viral, authorities took action against the organisers and detained many.

Villagers believed in pouring water on the Baliyadev temple can eradicate the coronavirus.
