Leopard trapped by forest dept, Karnataka villagers breathe sigh of relief

Nelamangala villagers in Bengaluru outskirts can now breathe a sigh of relief as the forest department officials have successfully trapped a leopard in the cage.

The animal's pugmark had sent the villagers into panic mode and were scared to step out once the sun set. Upon receiving the complaint, the forest department officials placed the cage and trapped the animal.

The leopard was captured and released into the forest.
