West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Thursday issued a video message from her hospital bed, appealing to Trinamool Congress workers to remain calm in the wake of the alleged attack on her in Nandigram.
In the video, she is heard saying, "Yesterday was a bad day for me. I was badly injured. I took medicines initially and rushed to Kolkata. I request all my party workers to remain calm. I will be back in the field within the 2-3 days, even though on a wheelchair."
