Vote by afternoon, heavy rain expected in Bengaluru: KSNDMC
The weatherman has predicted rains for the next two days due to a trough of low pressure from south interior Karnataka to Kanyakumari. Officials from Karnataka State Natural Disaster Monitoring Centre stated that rains will hit city sometime in the evening and continue till late night.
Bengaluru: A trough of low pressure from south interior Karnataka to Kanyakumari and discontinuity of wind between Maharashtra and Kanyakumari may result in rains in southern parts of Karnataka, especially in Bengaluru. As a precautionary, Karnataka State Natural Disaster Monitoring Center director Srinivas Reddy, advises voters to exercise their right by afternoon to avoid being stuck in the rains.
