Some messages have been doing the rounds on WhatsApp claiming that the CBSE will prepare the question paper of class 9th and 11th final examinations.

The sample papers for Class 10 and Class 12 have been made available on the central board's official website. The tests are set to take place between November and December of 2021.

As per the guidelines released by the government, students can visit the school for admission-related work, attend school for counselling and practical activities for board examinations. 

Both ISC and ICSE results will be declared around 3 pm tomorrow. The board results for ISC and ICSE examinations will be available on the official website https://www.cisce.org

However, as students began coming out of exam centres after completing their first paper of the 2021 Karnataka SSLC examinations, cops had a tough time warding off crowds in front of schools.
 

Justice Prateek Jalan ordered the CBSE to decide within a span of 8 weeks on the petition by Deepa Joshi, mother of a Class X student at a school here, who had paid Rs 2,100 as fee.
 

The Karnataka government has decided to conduct mock examinations for class 10 students on July 15 and 17, ahead of the SSLC exams scheduled to be held on July 19 and 22.

The West Bengal government on Monday informed that the board examinations in the state for Classes 10 (Madhyamik) and 12 (Uchha Madhyamik) students have been cancelled in view of the Covid-19 situation. The state board exams were postponed so far.

Meanwhile, the government will go ahead with SSLC examination and it will be held in July third week. Students will have to attempt two examinations - multiple choice question paper format. One examination will be for core subjects and another examination will be conducted for languages.

The Gujarat government on Wednesday cancelled the state board examinations for class 12 because of the coronavirus crisis.
 

The Karnataka government has decided to examine the possibility of administering Covid-19 vaccines on second pre-university (II PU equivalent to Class 12) students before conducting board examinations later this year.

In an announcement, the ICSE said that it was cancelling the Class 10 examination considering the worsening Covid-19 situation in the country.

 Class 12th exams will be held by end of May, while 10th standard exams will be in June. The state government would write to the ICSE, ISC, CBSE, IB and Cambridge boards to reconsider their dates for class 10th and 12th examinations, the School Education Minister said.

However, both the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) have said that adequate safety arrangements are being made for students and all Covid-19 guidelines will be followed during the exams.

"If external pressure ends, then the stress over examinations will never arise and students' confidence will blossom. Children should live in a tension-free environment at home," Prime Minister Modi said.
