Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) corporator, Samma Thirumal Reddy's dance, which stalled the traffic for a while, was captured and shared by of his men on social media. When he was questioned about the incident, he was seen shamelessly answering, "I was celebrating Hyderabad culture."
