The Kashmir Houseboat Owner’s Association held an event in Bengaluru on Sunday to promote tourism in the state.  The event was held just a few days after the terror attacks in Pulwama. This leads one to question one’s safety in the state. The stigma that Kashmir’s tourism faces is not new though.
