Kashmir’s beauty not lost on people in face of terror
Pulwama attack: If there wasn’t enough fear in the minds of people to visit the beautiful land of Jammu and Kashmir, the recent terrorist attacks doesn’t help the state’s tourism either.
The Kashmir Houseboat Owner’s Association held an event in Bengaluru on Sunday to promote tourism in the state. The event was held just a few days after the terror attacks in Pulwama. This leads one to question one’s safety in the state. The stigma that Kashmir’s tourism faces is not new though. Nevertheless, one cannot take away the beauty of what Kashmir has to offer to any tourist, which still makes it one of the best tourist attractions in the country.
