Bengaluru: With the main political parties such as Bharatiya Janata Party, Indian National Congress and the Janata Dal (Secular) in Karnataka, a fresh independent candidate is all set to contest in the upcoming Lok Sabha election. No, we are not talking about actor/politician Prakash Raj. Janifar J Russell, a telecom engineer in Bengaluru, will be contesting as an independent candidate from Bengaluru Central. Russel also works part-time at Swiggy and delivers food to customers. This time, he wants to deliver on his promises.
