FollowBengaluru: A man who was arrested in February for allegedly molesting his daughter has been threatening to murder his wife once he gets out. Bengaluru Police received the complaint of a 32-year-old woman, who has accused her husband (currently in prison) of threatening to murder her.
City police has arrested the woman’s husband in February on charges of molesting their daughter.
The prison inmate allegedly threatened her by saying that he would kill her once he gets out of jail.
As per the woman’s statement, her husband was angered because she filed a complaint with police accusing her husband of molesting their daughter.
After his arrest, the accused was produced before a local court which remanded him in judicial custody at Central Jail.
In a ToI report, the accused’s wife said that, in a recent incident, her brother-in-law handed her his phone saying someone was on the line to talk to her.
Unaware about who was on the other end she received the phone only to hear her husband’s voice. Her husband allegedly screamed and threatened to kill her after his release.
