Coconut oil: This ingredient works wonders on your tresses. Massage your scalp with coconut oil before hair wash or leave it on for a day.
 

This strengthens the hair and makes it shiny. After a hair wash, you could apply a few drops of coconut oil as a conditioner.
 

Sesame oil: This oil has a bad odour but works well as a moisturiser.
 

In fact, this ingredient is often found in sunscreens and skin cleansers because it softens the skin and leaves it looking fresh.
 

Coconut oil massage: It’s not just therapeutic. A massage with coconut oil can give you smooth and glowing skin.

How? Boil half a glass of oil and add basil leaves, five cloves and an inch of grated ginger along with a tablespoon of turmeric powder once the oil reaches boiling point. Once it has cooled off, preserve it for a day and apply.

Rose water: Its antiseptic properties work as a natural face cleanser and it smells good too. Soak a piece of cotton with the water and rub it gently on the face.

Yogurt face pack: A milk or yogurt face pack can keep the smoothness of your skin intact and can also remove tans.
