iPhone 15 series specs leaked? Reports suggest phone to have 8K video recording, USB Type-C & more
While only a few weeks have passed since Apple launched its iPhone 14 series, various reports have already started revealing possible specifications of next year's iPhone 15 series. Read to know more about upcoming series.
Even though Apple's iPhone 14 series was only introduced a few weeks ago, several reports have already begun speculating on what the iPhone 15 series may look like. According to a tweet from reputable tipper LeakApplePro, USB-C will replace lightning in all iPhone 15 variants. USB-C is set to become mandatory in the EU just a few months after the 15-series goes on sale.
Additionally, the renaming of the "Pro Max" model to "Ultra" may result in a modest line-up adjustment. Ming-Chi Kuo and Mark Gurman, two analysts, have already proposed this. Although it's probable that the iPhone 15 Pro will also allow 8K video recording, the iPhone 15 Ultra could have some exclusive technology.

Additionally, according to Kuo, the iPhone 14 Ultra would use a periscope lens (6x or 5x) exclusively and have a longer battery life. If all of this is accurate, the price of the iPhone 15 Ultra might increase once again in comparison to the 14 Pro Max, likely beginning at $1,200 (up from $1,100).
There should be some form of harmonisation for the other models. Next year, it's feasible that Apple may include the Dynamic Island design on every new iPhone.

Regarding chipsets, the business is still anticipated to maintain the segregation, with the Apple A17 being included in the Pro and Ultra variants while the standard iPhone 15 and 15 Plus are likely to receive the existing A16. As of now, it is still unlclear whether the vanilla and Plus models will have high refresh rate displays and Always On modes.
