40% of Government Toilets Non-Existent, Damaged or Unused
A CAG report presented in the Parliament said that 40% of the toilets in Govt schools, across 15 Indian states, were found to be non-existent, partially constructed or unused. Report: Out of 2,695 toilets, 691 toilets were not in use due to lack of water & sanitation facilities.
