KPCC working president condemns CBI raid, calls it political stunt to disturb party

Raids by the CBI at KPCC president DK Shivakumar’s properties has taken a political turn as working president Satish Jarkiholi accused the Central government of causing this.

He says the raid is an attempt to disturb the party which is preparing for by-election to the prestigious RR Nagar Assembly. Jarkiholi said, the Congress has always accused the BJP of arm-twisting Central agencies to its advantage. He expressed confidence in DK Shivakumar and his brother DK Suresh of putting up a tough fight and not succumbing to pressure as the Congress is behind them.
