Bengaluru corporators blamed for wasting 5 years; Good roads, water connection remains distant dream

Over 10 years after the BMC was named the BBMP, the state of two wards; Jakkur and Thanisandra has not changed much as pothole-ridden roads are still visible and residents face water supply issues.

In the next 10 days, the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike will end another council term but it seems like little have elected representatives done to attend to issues like bad roads, water supply and other civic woes.

As per social workers from the area, the images and video of the present condition of the wards speak volumes. They say the corporator and concerned MLAs have wasted time by doing nothing for the area.
