According to media sources, the BMC claimed the majority of cases were discovered in F south (Parel, Sewri, Naigaum), B (Dongri, Umarkhadi), and H west (Bandra, Khar, and Santacruz); however, no deaths have been reported as a result of the vector-borne disease.
According to the pesticide department, 13,15,373 homes were inspected, with 11,492 dengue breeding sites eliminated. Dr Mangala Gomare, executive health officer at BMC, said the rise was typical between August and September. Anyone experiencing symptoms such as fever, headache, rashes, muscular discomfort, or joint pain should visit a doctor.
