Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment is at the receiving end as he allegedly ended up visiting a wrong address and assured job and agriculture land to the serving Indian army jawan's wife.

A Narayanswamy who was supposed to visit Basavaraj Kattimani, a jawan who died in a rail accident, instead ended up visiting serving jawan Ravi Kumar Katti's house in Mulugunda in Gadag district in North Karnataka.

What is more shocking is that the minister who is supposed to have prior knowledge about who he is visiting and who is supposed to talk, reportedly failed to cross verify and ended up consoling the wife of serving jawan.

Katti, is currently serving in Jammu and Kashmir border and he too received a call from the Minister's supporters.

Meanwhile, Annapoorna, mother of deceased jawan Basavaraj Kattimani has expressed disappointment over the central minister's goof up. She rued that during the festival time, the minister had spoiled the positive mood in the family.

Minister Khuba's supporters added taint during Jan Ashirwad Yatra:

In another incident supporters of the central minister, Bhagwant Khuba reportedly fired in the air with a gun to welcome him in Yadgir. Following the incident, four persons were arrested and three police constables were also suspended. However, no action was taken against former minister Baburao Chinchansur who posed with the gun at the rally.
