Many people buy milk in bulk and store it in the fridge. But be careful with raw milk, as it spoils faster than pasteurized milk. You can store it for 1-2 days in the fridge. You can freeze it for longer, but the taste will change.

Tips for storing raw milk...

Temperature: To keep raw milk from spoiling, the fridge temp should be 4°C or lower. Never store milk in the fridge door. Keep it at the back of the fridge where it's coldest. Use an airtight steel or glass container to prevent odors.

How to tell if milk has gone bad?

You can easily tell if raw milk has gone bad. 

Smell: it will develop a sour or unusual odour. 

Colour: it may turn slightly yellow. 

Curdling: it will curdle immediately when boiled. 

To keep milk fresh, boil it soon after purchase, let it cool, and then refrigerate, it typically stays good for 4-5 days.
