Three people in Rajasthan were arrested for a barbaric act. The accused caught a camel calf and severed its leg after it ventured into their farmland. The accused are Panaram Meghwal, Gopiram Meghwal and Lichhmanaram Meghwal from Rajasthan’s Churu district
