Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone, who is on cloud nine after the success of her blockbuster movie Padmaavat, has recently flown down to Bengaluru to spend some quality time with her family.

The latest rumour surrounding the actress and her co-star Ranveer Singh's wedding is that the couple will tie the knot in December. It is also reported that Deepika is busy with her wedding shopping, and hence flew down to Bengaluru to buy some jewellery. Apparently, a popular jewellery brand, which the actress endorses, has decided to design an exclusive collection for her D-day.

"For the jewellery, the custodians of the brand that Deepika endorses have decided to design an exclusive collection, especially for her wedding. Given their association, it only seemed more natural for the jewelry company to come on board for the celebration," a DNA report quoted a source as saying.

The source also claimed that the exclusive collection will be made public only after the wedding. "The popular brand will officially launch the jewellery designs and the entire collection after Deepika wears them at her wedding," ir added

This is a good marketing strategy by the jewellery brand as once Deepika wears the collection, the interest levels will rise among prospective buyers.

According to recent reports, the couple's parents had shortlisted four dates between September and December 2018 for the wedding."It will be an extremely private, traditional Hindu ceremony with the couple tying the knot in the presence of only close friends and family. The couple is still deciding if they want a reception to follow," a source close to the couple said in an interview to Mumbai Mirror.
