We saw how this happening sent shockwaves to the TMKOC fans. Television producer Asit Kumarr Modi responded to those allegations and plans to take legal action against the actress as he claims she is trying to accuse him and slander his reputation in the industry.

In a new update on the controversy, in a recent interview, Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal spoke boldly about what the television producer Asit Modi told her and explained details on the same.
Opening up on how Asit Modi tried to make sexual advances at her while they shot for the show in Singapore in 2019, Jennifer said, "But what happened in Singapore was extreme. He said, Tumhare honth bahut sundar lag rahe hain, pakadkar kiss kar loon. Tum akele room mein kya karti ho? Mere room mein aa jao. Tumhari room partner toh chali jaati hai, tum mere room mein aa jaya karo, whiskey peete hain."
Speaking up about how the show's producer and team hurled abuses at her and tried to demean her constantly, Jennifer added, "Asit Modi told me these things in March 2019, but before this, in October 2018, Sohail spoke in a very disrespectful manner with me because I'd asked for leave for my daughter's passport appointment, which was a week later. I needed 3 hours for the work and kept calling everyone to approve the leave. After 3 hours of not getting any response from anyone, I confirmed my daughter's appointment with the passport office. Abuses were hurled at me over the call for taking a 3-hour leave from work."
