Taking on the Netherlands in the Qualifier 3 of the Group A clash at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi, it was during the tenth over when he gradually got rid of Colin Ackermann (10), Ryan ten Doeschate (0), Scott Edwards (0) and Pieter Seelaar (0), as the Dutch was 56/2. Later, Campher went on to finish with figures of 4/26.

He also scripted some records in the process. He became the first from Ireland to do so and the first in the tournament as well, while he is the third in T20I after Lasith Malinga and Rashid Khan.

The Netherlands finished at 106 batting first, with opener Max ODowd (51) being the top scorer. Besides Campher, pacer Mark Adair claimed 3/9, thus being the most economical of all.
