Kunal Ghosh to refund all money drawn from Saradha

The Trinamool leader said that he would return the money this month. Kunal said he had talked to ED officials about this matter.

The ED had summoned Kunal Ghosh for questioning in Saradha chit fund scam case on Monday (March 8). Kunal appeared at the CGO complex for interrogation. After about 6 hours of interrogation, he told the media that he would return all the money taken from Saradha.
However, Kunal did not say how much money he was going to return. He said that he would return the money this month. ED has summoned him again on March 16.

Kunal claimed that he had provided financial assistance of Rs 50 lakh to the Saradha group after Sudipta Sen fled. Besides, he also paid income tax on the money received from Saradha. Excluding all those amounts, he will return the rest of the money.
Kunal used to get a big salary when he was the CEO of Saradha media which is several times more than the heads of the big media companies of the country. Although Kunal has been claiming from the beginning, he has been paid for his contribution to the organization.
