Metro controversy between TRS and Congress: Congress baby delivered by TRS

FollowTelangana Congress is on its high horse regarding the prestigious Metro Rail Project. They alleged that the Metro Project is the baby of the Congress being delivered by Telangana Rashtra Samithi and Bharatiya Janata Party and taking all credit.
Telangana Congress organised a PowerPoint presentation to the media in its office about the details of the Metro Rail Project. PCC chief Uttam Kumar Reddy, former Central Minister Jaipal Reddy and PCC official spokesperson Dasoju Sravan presented the PPT with all relevant details.
According to Congress, former deceased CM YS Rajasekhar Reddy inaugurated the Metro Bhavan in 2007 and Metro agreement took place in 2010. The agreement stated that the Metro was to complete in five years and by 2014 it was to be opened to the public.
Uttam Kumar alleged that the project got delayed because of the present CM K Chandrasekhar Rao as he stopped the project. He was also the reason for not constructing the Metro Rail in the old city.
He accused the TRS for owning the project which they tried to hinder it being started in the first place. He was also grieved that the Telangana government didn’t invite the opposition leader for the inauguration.
