Telangana drug dealer killed over monetary dispute with business partners

Kukatpally man killed over monetary disputes with business partners

A drug supplier, who was arrested and released on bail brutally murdered, allegedly by his business partners. He was said to have gone missing on September 18. Police suspects that the crime was committed over disagreements in money issues.

40-year-old Nerella Chandrasekhar, native of Allagadda in Kurnool district has been doing glass business in Prashanth Nagar in Hyderabad. He was accused of doing drug business in the guise of glass making and was sent to jail in January 2017.

Chandrasekhar had money dealings in drugs with Bhushan Pande- the owner of a Chemical Company in Madhya Pradesh, along with Bhushan Pande, Santhosh Singh and Masthyagiri. The latter plotted a scheme to extract money from Chandrasekhar once he was released on bail. On September 16th, they asked him to meet at the local Corporation Bank from where they took him to Kompally in a car and demanded Rs 2 crores.

When Chandrasekhar confessed that he didn’t have any money with him, the three men with their nine aides attacked him and killed him. They then buried his body at the Outer Ring Road near Korremula village.

Chandrasekhar’s wife filed a missing case with the Kukatpally police on September 18th and in the course of investigation, the murder came to the forefront. The police arrested Masthyagiri and he accepted his crime. Police has booked a case against the accused, seized the body and are in search of the other culprits.
