Ivanka Trump to stay in Hyderabad Westin Hotel during her visit next month
- US President Donald Trumps’s daughter Ivanka will be visiting Hyderabad in November to attend the GES
- She will be staying at the Westin Hyderabad Mindspace Hotel in Madhapur
- The GES would commence from November 28th to 30th at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre
FollowUS President Donald Trump’s daughter and White House advisor Ivanka Trump will be attending the two-day GES (Global Entrepreneurship Summit) from November 28th to 30th at HICC (Hyderabad International Convention Centre) in Madhapur, Hyderabad. She will be staying at the Westin Hyderabad Mindspace for her two-day visit as informed by a top Telangana government official on Friday.
Earlier reports of Ivanka staying at Taj Falaknuma were heard but the plan was dropped as it would be far from HICC. Westin luxury hotel is located in Raheja IT Park in Madhapur, about 3.5 km from HICC.
Ivanka on the invitation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his US visit will attend the inaugural session of the Summit and a few other sessions along with Modi. The Telangana government will host a dinner for the delegates at the historic Golconda Fort.
The GES will be attended by 1200 entrepreneurs, investors and ecosystem supporters who will be given training and mentoring sessions, networking and investment matchmaking.
Senior Director for International organizations and Alliances at the US National Security Council, Jennifer Arangio during her visit earlier this month gave details about the Summit. 400 entrepreneurs from US, 400 from India and 400 from the rest of the world would attend the two-day Summit which has the theme “Women first, prosperity for all”.
Telangana government will spend Rs 8 crores on hosting the event.
