Manchester United have entered the UEFA Europa League Final after beating Celta Vigo 2-1 in the semi-final. Jose Mourinho's Red Devils are just a win away from lifting the trophy, which they have never lifted in the history of the club.

United will face the Dutch side Ajax, that also survived a scare from Olympique Lyon, in the final in Stockholm May 24. Mourinho's men made a hard work out of what it looked like to be a walk in the park.

United were winning by two goals in aggregate until Celta Vigo came up with their late surge and pulled one back to unnerve the host. John Guidetti missed a clear opportunity to send Celta Vigo in the final in the dying minutes of the game. Luck was in United's favour as they are also one step away from making it to the Champions League in the next season.
