Wimbledon 2017 will be held from July 3 to July 16 and the tournament will attract over 500,000 spectators. Before the battle on grass starts, here is a list of players who are among the favourites this year.

Roger Federer: The 36-year-old Swiss player who has already won seven titles so far will be aiming at a record-breaking eighth title this year. Apart from setting the number of titles’ record, he will join the record book to be the oldest man to win Wimbledon if he wins the tournament this year.
