Bengaluru North Lok Sabha constituency is one among the 28 Lok Sabha constituencies in Karnataka. Residents of this constituency will go to polls on April 18. The result of the election is scheduled to be held on May 23.
The key candidates from Bengaluru North are Indian National Congress’ Krishna Byregowda, Bharatiya Janata Party's DV Sadananda Gowda, Bahujan Samaj Party candidate Syed Hydri Babloo and Karnataka Pragnyavantha Janatha Party candidate Abdul Azeez.
Sadananda Gowda is a union minister and the incumbent MP from the constituency. Krishna Byregowda serves as the minister of rural development, law and parliamentary affairs in the cabinet of HD Kumaraswamy. He is also the MLA who represents the Byatarayanapura constituency.
