But in the last one month since the actor was booked, several unconfirmed stories too emerged about Dileep as well as those related to him. From 'special treatment' to 'Kavya's pregnancy', we bring you the six sensational stories that came out since he was arrested.
The first news was about special treatment given to the actor at Aluva sub jail. There were reports that Dileep is getting special food and is given an aide to take care of his matters. Following news reports, DGP(prisons) ordered a probe and later said that the news is just an allegation.

Next came the news that Kavya Madhavan was pregnant. The media even went to the extent to analyse her picture during her latest temple visit to find whether she had a pregnancy glow. Another report was that it is due to pregnancy related issues that she did not visit the actor. However, later Dileep himself replied that he doesn't know about any such things and none of his family members has ever spoken to him about it during phone conversations.
What came next is the report that Dileep Manju Warrier is Dileep's second wife and that the actor got married even before entering the film industry. The actor had a love marriage, and he did not even get a legal divorce from his wife before marrying his co-star Manju Warrier. However, police ended the reports stating that it had nothing to do with the recent case and they are not digging deeper into such personal matters.

Next move was from producer G Suresh Kumar, and director Jose Thomas, both of them claimed that Dileep is having serious health issues and his condition is very bad. Thomas also said that the actor has vertigo but the jail authorities are denying treatment. However, no such claims were raised by his lawyer while submitting bail plea.

Along with this came the news that Dileep is getting counselling in jail and it is helping him recover from the mental trauma. The reports further state he is in a better mental condition now and is practising yoga regularly.
The last in the list is that Dileep is planning to write a book soon after getting out of jail. Some online portals are reporting that the book will be about his bitter experiences.
