Amid speculations of an imminent arrest in the Kochi actress attack case, the police will reportedly question Pulsar Suni, the prime accused, along with director Nadirshah and actor Dileep's manager Appunni together later today.

The decision comes after Suni told the probe team that he had called Nadirshah and Appunni from jail, further strengthening the conspiracy angle in the attack.

The police on Tuesday recovered visuals of Suni making phone calls from his prison cell after it was recorded by a CCTV camera installed at the Kakkanad district jail. Some of the prisoners also told the jail authorities that they heard Suni speaking over the phone from his cell.

Suni has now informed the probe team that the calls were made to Nadirshah and Appunni indeed. It also emerged that Suni had called Nadrishah three times from jail and one of the calls was over eight minutes long. Following these developments, the police have now decided to question the three together.

Dileep and Nadirshah came under the police radar after the probe team found a letter, which Suni allegedly wrote from jail, asking Dileep for money.

Meanwhile, Suni said that he would reveal the names of the big sharks involved in the conspiracy in the next couple of days. He said this to the mediapersons when he was produced at the Kakkanad magistrate court on Wednesday.

The police on Wednesday effected a second arrest on Suni for allegedly making phone calls from jail to threaten and blackmail people. The Infopark police, which effected the second arrest, also secured Suni's custody for five more days from the Kakkanad court.
