Dileep arrest, a conspiracy? These supporters still believe in their 'Janapriya nayakan'
- The entire film fraternity has turned their heads against Dileep after his arrest
- However, P C George MLA is doubtful about the investigation and arrest of actor
- Producer-distributor Rafi Mathira too feels that Dileep got a lot of enemies in movie industry
At a time when everyone has turned out against Dileep after his arrest in actress attack case, only two people have dared to come in support for the actor, P C George MLA and producer-distributor Rafi Mathira.
George said that he is doubtful of the investigation. "Even the Chief Minister had denied conspiracy angle in the case, and it was only after a meeting with Manju Warrier that Dileep became an accused," he said.
"The mistake committed by Dileep was that he hurled abuses against media and others who stood with the actress. He shouldn't have done that. However, I don't believe that he committed the crime. I got so many doubts," the MLA said.
Another one to support Dileep was producer-distributor Rafi Mathira, who was planning to produce a film with the actor, under the direction of Vaisakh, next year. He said that no one, including those from the film fraternity, was ready to listen to Dileep once he got arrested.
In his Facebook post, Mathira wrote that this arrest proved that he had a lot of enemies in the film industry. He also had enemies in media, especially visual media and no one even gave him the benefit of doubt till court convicted him," he said.
"Dileep failed to understand that he was gaining enemies by indulging in every area of cinema. For the same reason, he was trapped in the conspiracy of someone else. His statement that he was trapped might be true, and only Dileep can prove his innocence," he said.
