AMMA cannot ensure everyday security to all its members: Innocent

FollowActor Innocent during a press meet said that reports of his resignation as AMMA president were only a story spread by media. He also apologised to media for the rude behaviour of actors, including Mukesh and Ganesh Kumar during the press meet of AMMA.
Speaking of the letter written by Ganesh Kumar MLA he said that AMMA has failed to do several things, but the people's representative should not have asked to dissolve AMMA. We have found some solution for his complaint during the general body meeting, he said.
"AMMA cannot ensure security to all its members on a daily basis. I had called the Chief Minister and the DGP during actress attack issue but decided to keep mum as a public outcry could have affected the case," Innocent said.
He also said that the Association is with the victims and that the members of WCC are there on the executive committee of AMMA. However, they never used to attend the executive meet, he said.
"I had asked Dileep about his involvement in actress attack case. But he confessed that he doesn't have any role in that. I had no responsibility to ask him, but he was giving the same answer to everyone. We can't take a decision in the case, and I have never kept my mouth shut out of fear. We will think about action against AMMA members if there is a decision from the court," the MP said.
