Officials claimed that the final draft of the charge sheet is being scrutinised by a team of top police officers led by the state police chief Lokanath Behera, adding that a final decision on whether to make Dileep the prime accused or not will be taken only after the completion of the process.

“The draft, backed by solid evidence collected during the investigation, has been finalised and a scrutiny is being carried out to weed out loopholes, if any,” reports quoted police sources as saying.
