Locals are furious and have alleged serious negligence. They claim the lorry had no warning signs, like a red flag, to indicate the dangerous, protruding rods. There was also no signal to show that the vehicle was parked on the highway. People in the area believe this lack of safety measures is what led to the fatal crash.
