In a shocking incident, a Shiv Sena leader was caught on camera slapping a bank employee in Maharashtra.

The video, which emerged today, shows local Sena leader Praveen Shinde and his associate slapping a bank employee in Yavatmal district. Although it is unclear why the leader behaved in that manner, the act is deplorable.
