Leftover Rice: Bored of Pulihora? Turn it into this crazy snack kids will love!
Got leftover rice? Most of us either make the same old pulihora or just throw it away. But what if you could turn it into a crazy-good snack for the whole family? Best part, you can whip it up in just 10 minutes!

Got leftover rice?

Here's how to make them
First, take one cup of leftover rice and mix it with the mash of two boiled potatoes. Knead it well, just like you would for chapati dough, and add a little salt. For extra flavour and nutrition, throw in some chopped onions and carrots. Add chilli flakes and pepper for a bit of spice. Finally, mix in a quarter spoon of coriander powder and some cornflour. Now, take a small portion, flatten it, stuff a bit of mozzarella cheese in the middle, and roll it into a ball. Make sure you seal it properly so the cheese melts inside and doesn't ooze out while frying.
