Eggs can quickly help make your hair healthy and beautiful, whether the problem is hair fall, dryness, or stunted hair growth. Eggs are high in minerals, protein and vitamin B, making them a powerhouse of nutrition. 

According to experts, eggs are high in biotin and protein, which is a boon for healthy hair growth. Its regular use prevents hair loss and can accelerate new hair development. They use eggs to help avoid dead, dry, split ends. It hydrates your hair, fills damaged keratin gaps, and can also improve the texture of your hair. Eggs contain protein that makes your hair shiny and smooth. 

Olive oil and egg:  Apply the egg hair mask to your hair by mixing one egg and one spoonful of olive oil. After about 20 minutes, wash and dry your hair with the help of cold water.
