It secured a six-wicket win over fellow former champion SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) in Match 49 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 at the Dubai International Stadium on Sunday. Winning the toss, SRH opted to bowl but could manage a paltry total of 115/7, as three KKR bowlers claimed a two-for. In reply, KKR did not have it easy, but Shubman Gill's 57 played the pivotal role in a six-wicket win.
