An Indian smartphone manufacturer, Lava, has announced the November 9 launch of its first-ever 5G smartphone, the 'Lava Agni 5G.' Even though 5G is not yet commercially accessible to Indian clients, it appears that the firm wants people to be prepared for the connection option once it becomes available. With the Lava Agni 5G debut, the firm hopes to offer the same benefits as foreign competitors like Xiaomi, Realme, Samsung, and others. Lava has announced that the launch ceremony will take place on November 9 at noon, and that fans may watch the live stream on the company's official YouTube page.

Before the debut, its purported specs allegedly appeared on its website, which is now offline when writing this article. The Lava Agni 5G will include a 90Hz refresh rate display with a hole-punch for the selfie camera, according to 91Mobile, which was able to check out the listing. According to reports, the quad back camera arrangement would contain a 64-megapixel primary camera and three additional lenses. The Lava Agni 5G is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G SoC and runs Android 11 out of the box. Lava smartphones are often sent with a near-stock Android skin, and the new phone is likely to continue this tradition.

The smartphone is also "confirmed" to include "Gaming Mode" to boost mobile gaming. The claimed ad also mentions the availability of a huge 5,000mAh battery, but no information about rapid charging is provided. According to the report, the Lava Agni 5G would be available in a single blue colour. The official website has also apparently announced the price, which is Rs 19,999. Readers should still take all of this information with a grain of salt.
